While the other adventurers are settling their tab downstairs with Drad Silor, Ser Boros stands with a loud sigh from the table. "Well Bard, it would seem I'm recently out of a job, and mayhap putting some steel to those little buggers might just make me feel better. Not to mention I'm going to be in need of an income stream soon enough, so if there's talk of some reward that might put some grub on my plate, then count me in..."
Taking a step from the table, his knees nearly give out beneath him. He rather unceremoniously catches his balance on the table before rethinking his movement and sitting back down. "Maybe I should sober up a bit first though..." he offers.
Benziken, the male hobbit bard, decides to count his cards to find out why he can't seem to win at this game. Apparently there are three cards missing from this deck. All the time sitting there has him curious as to what the others have gotten up to. He secures his lute, slung over one shoulder by a thick canvas strap. And reaches for the tin lute held fast to his hip by a long tin chain. Benziken follows Ser Boros down the narrow staircase.
Meanwhile, downstairs...

Meanwhile, downstairs...
Sabastine smiles as the barmaid passes him by, "She loves me!" he says - almost to himself. Noticing the comment about the rats, Sabastine wanders over - takes a drink of his ale and says - "So your buying the drinks Master? Aww how gracious of you! You shouldn't have!" Sabastine pats him on the back and moves past him to the tavern owner.
"Sooo rats you say? Names Sabastine Blackblade, I am... what you could say... a problem solver. What's this rat problem and perhaps we (He points to the those in his company) could solve it, for the right amount of coin... of course." As he waits for Drad Silor to reply he scans the bar for Malurie. (Sabastine has always had a crush on her), and upon seeing her he smiles towards her as they make eye contact.
Akasha saunters over to the Drad Silor, drink in hand, and she saucily asks him "What's in it for me if we take care of a few scary rats? We could be willing to take care of your hairy little situation... " While talking Akasha slowly strokes Silor's arm and as she leans in to whisper "If the price is right..." she gently reaches into his jacket inner pocket, her dark hands searching for anything of worth and locates few gold coins (0 0 3).
Master Sung, being jostled by the party approaching Drad Silor in a wave, asks the tavern owner... "My friend, would you pass me that long staff leaning in the corner which I would use to bludgeon your rats... And take these fools out of your hair for a time..." He rolls his eyes, and reaches out his hand to grasp the staff.
Blackbird McAllister follow the entire assembly into the cellar as well. His long bow stowed over his shoulder, and his hand resting on the hilt of his dull dagger. Aiyana, the female half-elf fighter, is close behind rubbing her steel knuckles and tightening her bracers.
(Scene Description)
As the party descends into the darkness of the tavern cellar the noise and bustle of the crowd above fades away. The thick planking above your head muffles all sounds to murmers. The only sound in this dank and stale storage area is a constant dripping toward the back corner of the cellar, and the song of cave crickets escaping spiders.
(Scene Items)
Large barrels of ale line the walls and are piled in the center of the large tavern cellar. Tossed atop the sealed barrels are large canvas storage bags filled with various tavern foods.
(Scene NPCs)
For all the talk of giant rats and beady eyed terror Drad Silor espoused, you see little more here than a few tiny spiders and cave crickets jumping about.
(Exits)
UP: Return to the relative safety of the Tavern
